Observation is one key attribute of leaders who will make their mark. Hardly does anyone lack in observation hold their grip, or leave a mark in leadership. Everything you need is around you, the people you need, the opportunities you need, they're all around you, you can't see because you're not observing.
Treat each day as a ground of opportunity, because it is, and you'll find all the answers you need; the people you need are not far from you, solutions you need are right in front of you. Most people look farther than the solutions and miss them, most people aren't present in the moment, and they miss the opportunities of the moment.
